• The production and design department works on Macintosh computers. We currently use and accept files compatible with the following software: QuarkXPress 4.1, Photoshop 5.0, Freehand, Acrobat and Microsoft Word.
  
  
• Submit ads on 3-1/2” disk, Zip 100 or CD.
  
  
• Include a hard copy of the ad, contact name and phone number.
  
  
• Indicate the type of computer, name of software and version used.
  
  
• Include all graphics in a TIFF, PDF or JPEG, file at no less than 200 dpi. For instance, we cannot accept files from a website that are at the standard 72 dpi.
  
  
•  Scanned images: black & white 300 dpi, CMYK color 300 dpi.
  
  
• Include both screen and printer fonts for Mac.
  
  
• E-mail files to: advertising@phenomenews.com. Please include the name of the ad, the issue the ad is for, the contact person and the size/type of the ad.
  
  
• Electronic files that are over 2.5 mg should NOT be sent through our e-mail server as attachments. Please use our FTP program instead. www.phenomenews.com/ftp/ and call production for assistance, (248) 569-3888.
