HOW TO COUNT WORDS:

Each combination of letters or numbers separated by a space is a chargeable word. Words separated by dashes, commas or slashes are still counted as individually. Punctuation does not count as a word. A phone number (along with area code) counts as one word, extension numbers count as one word unless they are written ext. 000, then they are counted as 2. 

PLEASE NOTE: e-mail addresses and website addresses count as 2 words. 
DO NOT count the words of the date. The date is treated as the heading and not included in the cost of the ad.
PLEASE COUNT YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY. All calendar listings must be prepaid.
