Healing And Your Four Bodies

 by Dennis Adams

Are you waiting for the world to change? You can change the world by changing yourself. Healing yourself. A healing may be all you need to make your ailments disappear and change your life.

Sometimes medicine can’t heal what ails us. And, as life goes on, many of us come up against life-threatening problems. The technology of Western medicine today is only designed to find physical problems and not problems that exist between the four bodies as they intertwine. So, not all problems can be found even with our most up-to-date equipment. Sometimes there is a problem between the mental body and the physical body. When medicine is stumped, healers often are called in.

Over the years doctors have slowly forgotten “bedside manner.” The idea of making house calls is obsolete. Today’s physicians have learned to deal strictly with the physical mechanics through numbers and data. In the times preceding modern technology, doctors did understand that the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies were part of the healing process.

Today, healers are more adequately trained in “bedside manner.” Although they may not make house calls, they still understand the need to get to know the whole person. Those who have the most success with healing understand the interconnectedness of the four bodies; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Today we will learn a bit about how healing these four bodies takes place.

Healing the emotional body is done with colors. A person can balance the emotional body by using the seven colors of the rainbow; visualizing each color flowing through their body and re-establishing the proper color in their emotional field. Another way to stop an emotion is by taking long deep breaths. This dilutes the endorphins, which the mind produces through the medulla oblongata. The chemicals that are produced create the actual emotion you experience. You cannot have an emotion without the brain willing it. Drinking blessed water will also heal the emotional body. Drinking water keeps the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies flowing a fluidly, so that they all work in perfect harmony.

Healing the mental body is done by increasing or decreasing our electrical current. The mental body is made up of your meridians, electrical currents and the chakra system. The electrical body is what drives you and makes you perform. Our physical mind and the way that we think will usually dictate our health. Our thousands of thoughts each day turn into electrical currents in our bodies. If your mental body (your energy body) runs on thoughts that say you’re not worthy or not good enough, it is more difficult for that current to repair you, so it is always important to keep our physical mind fresh and alive with loving thoughts. An example of this is that when we were in grade school, high school and college, we believed in ourselves and in everything around us. The truth is that only a couple of kids got really sick when they were in school, the rest of us were all balls of energy looking for things to accomplish.

Healing the spiritual body takes place through prayers, meditation, sounds and inspiring music and scents. Talking to God through prayer helps with your relationship with God. Keeping God in your awareness heals and strengthens the spiritual body. Listening to inspiring music like Gregorian chanting also benefits the spiritual body. Putting roses around the house gives this body more support and aid because the scent of roses reaches the spiritual plane, as do certain types of incense.

With the knowledge of the above three bodies, the physical body has a much better chance of repairing itself. Sometimes though, the physical matter needs a reminder of its perfection. This is where the healer comes in. The healer’s job is to inspire and demonstrate changes in the client’s body so that the person can copy the effect. The Universe has blessed some healers with the ability to change matter instantaneously when they heal. The Universe has also blessed you to relieve your own physical pain by merely resting your hand on the affected area. The pain will slowly disappear, just as it did when you were a child.

A healing holds for 72 hours. After three days, a person’s free will kicks in. If the person believes they are worthy of being healed, then the healing “sticks;” if they don’t feel worthy, then the healing will gradually leave the person. A good healer will help the person identify thought patterns that may keep them from “accepting” the healing. Again, this is an example of how important it is to acknowledge all four bodies during the healing process.

It is important to see yourself as a whole, complete Being. A Being capable of creating whatever it is your heart desires! As children of God, we can heal ourselves. We can start by realizing who we are and how we work as multi-dimensional Beings. You are the one with a job only you and God can do! Reach into yourself and find out why you stopped following your dreams and make the change. Believe in yourself and you life will change. As your life changes, the planet will change.
