THE HEART OF LOVE
You Are A Star Light Of Love

When super novas explode into the universe, its elements are ejected into the cosmos and spread, becoming the stuff of planets, stars and even humans.

It’s astounding to contemplate our inner connection with the cosmos. And there’s more to us than mere stardust.

We are also stars in another sense. We are capable of starlight love.

Like stars that light up the dark universe, our love acts as a light that lights up lives and hearts – our own and others.

Consider the power of love to bring us to a higher place. Through love, we can actually transcend many of our problems. And shared love, where we connect with each other in loving ways, is even more powerful.

We know that what we set our intentions on is what we are likely to experience. As we invest in our power of contemplating ourselves as true stars, as lights who bring our inner light to dark areas of life, we open new doors to expand our true worth and value. When we do this from the starlight love in our hearts, we are on fire with power to make a difference.

Imagine yourself as a powerful light to any situation in your life. Imagine your problems representing dark energies. And, wherever you focus your light, you flush out the dark and awaken the space to pure light. You have such capability. Think what would occur if everyone did this on a global scale. Can you imagine more true starlight of love on earth?

The universe, of which we are part, is ever expanding. Perhaps the most powerful way we can expand ourselves is to bring the light of love to ordinary situations each day. If we did this and then looked back on our progress of practicing shining our light over a year’s time, we would find ourselves having lived a far more purposeful and happy existence and possibly giddy with inner joy. According to many mind/body studies, our health would also be positively affected. What would this look like?

Here are a few small examples. And, remember, the big year of yours is made up of many small hours and moments combined. So imagine this multiplied many times over in its expansion.

In a tense moment of exasperation, a husband and wife are on the verge of filing for divorce as a last resort to finding peace and happiness. But then, one of the partners decides to practice his or her starlight love power and also starts expressing love right where, before, there had been only darkness in words and feelings. What do you imagine would be the result of the partner doing this repeatedly whenever the worst moments appeared? Don’t you think there would occur an eventual new outcome? One of love? We do.

This doesn’t mean that the loving person gets run over. It means that the starlight love energy has the potential of shifting the relationship to a new dimension where healing is possible. And, if the relationship doesn’t make the leap, at least this starlight love has come into existence through your expression of love and unity, rather than bitterness and anger. That makes you a winner.

Here’s another example. You revisit an old emotional wound. It doesn’t matter who inflicted it or how long it has been a sore place for you. It visits you again with its bleeding woundedness, causing you to feel helpless against the other person. You almost feel weak in your knees just at the thought of it. You once again mourn, react in anger and stuff it down until next time. What if, this time, you brought out your starlight power and poured love into your wound? Your love would feel like soothing balm over an old sore place.

As you continue pouring in the love from your powerful starlight, you notice how good it feels and so you continue. What, do you think, would be the eventual outcome of this practice? This is actually the way spiritual healing takes place. And it works. It doesn’t have to happen in a momentary flash. It usually happens through repeated moments of persistent starlight shining.

Also, the replacement of starlight love for struggle works whenever we’re having a bad day. Imagine yourself pouring in the starlight power of love into yourself in place of being critical of yourself. Or when you’re feeling guilty or regretting the past or feeling shame. In place of these very dark energies, pour in your beautiful cosmic light of love and you will eventually find your self esteem and confidence and joy rising to new all-time heights. This will also increase your expansiveness because, instead of being occupied by dark, you will be free to express your beautiful star light.

We often talk ourselves out of making such big efforts. We become doubtful about our power to change tired, old situations. But, what if you didn’t allow yourself to be talked out of your starlight love? What if you brought your biggest and brightest light, to the darkest place in your life? Or another’s life? We dare you to dream this big. And to be this big. In truth, this is exactly how big you are. Welcome to the heart of love.
